We offer a large range of training opportunities. We are able to come to your centre and train your staff in small groups or maybe larger one. As we are flexible we are able to offer a variety of options to fit in with your existing workload.
We can tailor the solutions to fit your scheduling, to enabling you or your staff to qualify in a short time or maybe regular classes, over a number of weeks.
We can provide intensive swim teaching to individuals or groups. We can come to your prefered venue and teach provide specialised teaching to allow you or your representatives to improve your abilities in the water.

The RLSS provide differing courses depending on your requirements. A lifeguard in a public pool needs a larger knowledge base than someone who might be escorting their school class to the local pool.
There are differing options depending on the length and complexity of the course.
We are flexible and can carry out your training at your place of business or other designated sites.
Depending on your needs and regulatory limits, we can train any number of people individually or in groups.
We have been training for many years and have a great deal of experience with training all manner of courses and individuals.
If you feel that you might need extra help with the subjects covered or you are just more comfortable in a more intimate setting then we can arrange One-to-One lessons.
There may be times when you cannot commit consecutive days to your training. You may be only available one day a week or even a part of a day a week.
For this reason we can offer extended courses. Each of our programmes require a given number of hours of actual training. We can, if necessary, deliver this over a number of weeks. So that the training is completed over an extended period. This may of course take more hours overall, if we need to recap the previous weeks tuition. But at least you can be confident of achieving your goals.
We understand that not every one in your organisation need the same levels of training. For example the nursery staff in a creche in a leisure centre would not need as intensive training as the lifeguards.
In situations like this, the different staff could receive different traing at different times in the sessions. With the nursery staff, perhaps joining in some of the lifeguarding sessions.
